Kforce has a cleint that is seeking an A/P Coordinator in Tampa, FL.
Essential Duties:
Responding quickly and efficiently to the needs of Attorneys, Clients and Staff
Preparing reports from applicable Accounting and Financial systems
Creating and updating Excel reports as requested by Management
Assisting with development and implementation of internal controls, accounting policies, procedures and programs
Perform a variety of accounting tasks and meet deadlines
Participating and coordinating in any audits relating to accounts payable activities within the office; preparing responses to auditors questions as needed
Special projects and additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years' experience in related area
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting functions
Excellent computer skills (typing, etc.); ability to work with various programs, including Microsoft Excel
Experience with implementations helpful
Software quality assurance testing experience
Knowledge of Pcard management
Ability to analyze financial data
Understand programming for programs such as nQueue; Chrome River; setting up rules to route expenses/invoices correctly
