Job Summary:

Responsible for the development and delivery of innovative change management solutions to meet HR Technology systems and business process changes.



Job Responsibilities and Requirements:



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Collaborates with technology team and workstream leads to understand and identify change impacts, goals, measurements and organizational readiness.

  • Ensures full scope of change is documented and approved by subject matter experts and key stakeholders.

  • Clearly communicates change plan and details to all impacted audiences to ensure go live preparedness.

  • Identifies, creates and delivers appropriate change communication including customer-focused emails, announcements, newsletters, presentations, etc.

  • Develops engaging learning and coaching interventions including webinars, videos and instructor-led training.

  • Creates and maintains technical documentation, job aids, process flows, help text, etc.

  • Measures change management success through surveys, testing and data analysis.

  • Maintains a thorough and current understanding of all HR technologies.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.



EDUCATION


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience



EXPERIENCE


  • Five years' experience, with two years' in IT change management



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
