Job Summary:

Serves as primary HR Technology consultant for the development, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of HR applications, programs and processes.



Job Responsibilities and Requirements:



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Drives continuous improvements to HR technology systems with the goal of providing robust data analytics to support SSM HR strategy.

  • Serves as the lead technical subject matter expert for HR applications with overall accountability for data integrity to include quality, accuracy and usability of employee date in the ERP system and related interfaces, development of data related manuals and guides.

  • Serves as primary HR department liaison to all HR CoE functions as well as IHT, Finance and external HR vendors.

  • Ensures data integrity, testing of issues and system changes, audits, analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities and completes documentation on system and various modifications.

  • Leads the discovery and conceptual design work required to translate business needs into solutions and features.

  • Collaborates with IHT and HR to define and develop processes, procedural documentation and instructions.

  • Provides functional expertise to other functional areas within HR to define business problems and opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of HR leadership and other key stakeholders.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.



EDUCATION


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education



EXPERIENCE


  • Five years' experience



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
