This is a part time float position with shifts scheduled Monday-Friday, with typical shifts between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Travel will be required. No weekends or holidays. Float differential and paid mileage.
Shift may be scheduled at the main campus on Division St. in Fond du Lac, but could also include our satellite locations in Fond du Lac and surrounding communities including: North Fond du Lac, Mt. Calvary, Campbellsport, Mayville, Waupun, Brownsville, Brandon, Ripon, Markesan and Fox Lake.
Job Summary:
Provides care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of license.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributes to the assessment of patients and ensures the well-being of patients.
Administers medications and observes patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
Educates patients/families about disease treatment plan including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources and follow up care.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
May perform point of care testing according to policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Licenses / Certifications:
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - State of Work Location or Compact Multi-State License
