Desired Skills and Experience
•Experience as a software test lead
•Direct experience leading offshore teams from onsite
•Be able to work well in a team, but also have the ability to work independently
•Must have excellent communications (written & verbal) and presentation skills
•Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
•Firm understanding of the software testing lifecycle and best practices
•Test Status Report and Test Scorecard
•Test Completion Report
•Lead all test activities, including
•Present the Test Plan
•Conduct testing kickoffs
•Present the Test Status Report
•Present the Test Scorecard and completed Test Readiness Checklist
•Present the Test Completion Report
