The Senior IT Analyst - Yardi Commercial Specialist is a key member of the System Engineering Real-Estate Applications team with responsibility to support routine business assistance requests, new system improvements, and training related to the leasing and property management applications. You are a highly talented Yardi Commercial specialist and experienced troubleshooter that can help tackle problems that your users might be facing.



Here's how to do that:




  • Possess high proficiency with Yardi Voyager Commercial and serve as an internal advisor on solution design and standard methodologies.




  • Work with business users to evaluate, analyze, validate, facilitate, and handle end user support requests and bug fixes.




  • Elicit articulated and unarticulated business requirements through in-person or virtual interactions.




  • Document requirement descriptions, acceptance criteria, and functional design requirements, as well as any associated data definitions and use cases.




  • Discern and apply business rules, sophisticated business workflows, data progression, and application integrations to resolve user or application challenges or issues.




  • Test developer delivered fixes.




  • Assist with training business users on application functionality and newly delivered application improvements.




  • Provide collaborative input for application enhancement projects.




  • Proactively communicate potential dependencies and risks, and propose mitigation plans or interim workaround solutions.




  • Able to work independently with minimal direction, with equal ability to work closely on a team and accept constructive feedback.







Tell us if you're ready.




  • 7 + years' experience with Yardi Voyager Commercial including configuration, administration, customization and integrations. Bachelor's Degree preferred.




  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to think creatively to improve processes and design solutions.




  • Successfully collaborate with key business partners on solution requirements.




  • Analyze and articulate the value and cost of proposed solutions and requirements.




  • Ability to distill significant and accurate information from potentially ambiguous business descriptions.




  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills that can be tailored to various levels of seniority ranging from operational user to leadership.




  • Must have knowledge of relational databases - SQL is helpful.




  • Must have attention to detail, a dedication to quality and be customer centric.




  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment and have strong time management skills.






Target base compensation range of: $94,000 - $120,000, plus bonus target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
