Prologis is seeking an Essentials Analyst to join our Global Essentials Team.


For this role, we are looking for a self-starter who is multifaceted, has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and think critically.


You will assist in various financial models, help with process improvement, produce routine and ad hoc reporting, billing, and work with FP&A on implementing a new forecasting system. This is an exciting and versatile position that gives the right candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to a large number of departments, business modeling and advance their own knowledge and skills.



What's needed in order to do that:




  • Assist in maintaining and improving financial models, processes and reporting for new revenue lines associated with PLD Essentials offerings.




  • Improve and maintain tools for transparency into certain company Key Performance Indicators (KPI).




  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.




  • Support day-to-day business administration of customer billing management and systems maintenance.




  • Assist in gathering requirements needed for changes to Salesforce.




  • Provide internal reports monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.




  • Reconcile revenue and data in multiple systems as needed.

  • 2-3 years related work experience.




  • Degree from a four-year college or university.




  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.




  • Sophisticated Excel skills, proficiency with entire MS Office Suite.




  • Excellent customer interaction and interpersonal skills, and keen ability to follow-through with urgency.




  • Positive, proactive work ethic and approach.




  • Self-starter and ability to work at home with minimal direction.




  • Validated abilities to prioritize and balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet timelines in an efficient, detailed and accurate manner.




  • Ability to demonstrate tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling critical and confidential matters and documentation.






Target base compensation range of: $55,000 - $70,000, plus bonus target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
