We are looking for a competent Billing Administrator. The position reports to the Billing Manager and will involve multiple billing related duties. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize job duties in a high paced environment and carry them out efficiently and accurately.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Daily billing to customer and third parties for intermodal drayage, airfreight services, LTL and line haul services
Reviewing and ensuring all charges are captured accurately
Helping in reconciliation of weekly independent contractor/driver pay
Miscellaneous administrative functions as they relate to billing
Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Strong excel skills required
Trucking/Intermodal experience preferred
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with candidates and employees
Strong organization, and prioritization skill set
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience analyzing and summarizing data for decision making
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently or in a team environment
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Skills:

General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400
