Nystrom & Associates is a mental health company that's currently seeking a passionate full-time Web Master & Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate would be a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment as well as independently. They would create the look, layout, and feel for online marketing assets including websites, calls-to-action, social media graphics, downloadable PDFs, and landing pages.

We are seeking a candidate who would consider themself an expert with WordPress and Adobe Suite. Reports directly to Director of Marketing & Digital Communications and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:

Works closely with Marketing Manager on graphics, ads, and project development and implementation
Handle the creation and upkeep of new pages, banners, locations, and services for the website
Creates graphics for various channels including social media posts, articles, print & digital ads
Designs internal and external flyers, brochures, & other print material & digital design
Imports& uploads new providers as well as maintains resignations/terminations/updates to existing providers via Staff List Pro plugin
Spreadsheet maintenance for all plugin licenses, provider tracking, registration information
Monitors and completes incoming Marketing Track-It Ticket work orders
Add/Edit existing/new Gravity Forms
Content/file management
Manages spreadsheets, reports, & accounts for providers on Psychology Today

Required Skills:

Well versed with best-practice WordPress troubleshooting techniques
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business (or related fields), or 4 + years of related experience
Expert in graphic design principles and Adobe Suite (typography, grids, layout, color, flyers, and brochures)
Must be able to meet or exceed project deadlines
Ability to communicate transparently with management about project hurdles
Ability to prioritize & identify resources for projects
Open minded to receiving & implementing feedback
Strong written & verbal communication is required
Self-motivated with ability to work independently & in a team environment
Flexible & able to take on other tasks or projects that may be requested
