Job Title: Client Learning Associate

Overview:

Join a company that is developing the industry best practices and leading the way for digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build and curate professional, Brand compliant, engaging client and employee educational material while leveraging innovate technology and rapid production software incorporating adult learning behavioral concepts.

  • Execute voice over narrations for on demand material using self or other subject matter experts


  • Effectively partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to ensure critical learning objectives and outcomes are highlighted in learning content and are complimented with case study, workshop (hands-on) and learning assessment activity material, as needed.


  • Follow instructional design process for discovery process including audience needs assessment through to evaluation and impact of material.


  • Assist with sizing and cost analysis of all projects.


Key Requirements:


  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Master’s Degree in same field incorporating Adult Learning Principals, a plus.


  • Experience/exposure in designing training/education content that is client and employee facing.


  • Strong collaborating and influencing skills and demonstrating high attention to detail.


  • Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks according to set expectations and timeframes.

Technology Proficiencies Needed:

Authoring (Articulate/Adobe Captivate), Learning Management System Experience, Media Tools and Editing – Image (Adobe Creative Cloud)/Audio (Audacity)/Video (Powtoon/Adobe Premiere Pro), and Microsoft Office

Portfolio and References Available Upon Request:

Must provide proof of concept samples that support ability to deliver on learning projects.
