Title: Product Data Management Administrator- 72365

***This position is based out of Ottumwa but can work primarily from another office location or from home - will require some additional time on site due to training or business needs***

As a Product Data Management Administrator for John Deere Ottumwa Works located in Ottumwa, Iowa, you will own and maintain user security authorizations within PDM systems. In addition, you will;

• Provide solutions and troubleshoot errors and issues with PDM systems
• Setup and maintain PDP & CI projects
• Make recommendations and suggestions to the system development teams to ensure business requirements are met, as well as participate in integration testing.
• Share best practices and help develop team members to ensure proper processes and procedures are being followed
• Train users on system enhancements
• Train new employees on how to use PDM and PAG

What Skills You Need

• Understanding and user knowledge of SAP
• Experience with PDP and OFP related tools, systems, and databases
• Understanding of PDM systems; good understanding of the principles, can apply the information in semi complex situations, solve problems, conduct research, provide support for other users
• Experience with using Microsoft Excel, OneNote, and other Office tools

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with Data Analytics toolsets (ie, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Ottumwa specifications
• Strong understanding of Bills of Materials
• Understanding of PDP and OFP PDM workflow tasks for appropriate impacting organizations
• Product engineering experience and/or product knowledge

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or Engineering/Technology
