Job Description

Job Purpose

• An ideal candidate is talented, energetic, innovative developer who can contribute to Salesforce development projects in an Agile environment.


• He/She will implement the technical solution and help product teams develop and deliver the project deliverables.


• He/She should be proactive in analyzing the overall project risk, mitigate any design issues early in the project life-cycle, share implementation best practices, and recommend solution alternatives.


• He/She will also be responsible to conduct peer code reviews.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct involvement of developing business requirements, configuration, testing and deployment.


• Confident and willing to challenge a customer and guide them towards an appropriate solution that meets their needs while maintaining the scalability, maintainability of the instance.


• Ability to work with Product Owner and the Development team towards creative uses of standard features to meet business requirements


• Participates actively in discussions, builds a reputation as a go-to resource for


• Understands platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an object-oriented development language like.NET/ Java is preferred


• One or more Salesforce Certifications would be preferable.


• Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required.


• Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design and architectural patterns.


• Creative problem solving skills and a strong work ethic


• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
