SUMMARY:  This position is responsible for contacting leads, setting up accommodations and booking tours for qualified candidates at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Included but not limited to: 

• Make outgoing calls, based on Company leads, to book qualified tours for the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.


• Follow appropriate script depending on the specific leads given.


• Be knowledgeable about the town of Breckenridge, events and activities and different lodging options for guests.


• Quote proper packages and prices.


• Use rebuttals and trained sales techniques in order to book tours.


• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
