Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Journeyman Program Analyst.
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks related to specific data subject areas
Develop standard operating procedures and process documents
Create project timelines that includes milestones and identifies risks
Prepare briefing materials
Participate in improving current data solutions to meet business functional and non-functional requirements
Participate in customer engagements and should be able to deliver high level customer service
Responsible for supporting Data Governance activities such as community support, policy support, and technical support
The candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree is required. Nine years work experience in a related field may be substituted for the degree requirement
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management; preferably with expertise in data governance, project planning and execution, data life cycle management, risk analysis, mitigation plan development, and change management
Experience in applying a data governance framework, with a focus on improving data quality
Experience in Data Management best practices
Experience implementing change management best practices
A basic understanding of databases and data sources
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive tasks to closure
Strong time management skills
Ability to be self-motivated and to handle tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and technical subject matter experts
Ability to work well within a team environment and have excellent collaborative skills
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong organization and management skills
The following qualifications are preferred:
Experience working in a fast pace environment
Experience working on federal contracts
Experience with managing projects
