Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Cleburne, TX! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
Length: 7 months
Pay: $14.00/HR
Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P Monday-Friday

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include, but are not limited to:

  • Greets clients and manages activity flow in busy reception area
  • Responds to business phones including directing callers to appropriate staff, responding to voicemail messages left after hours within 24 hours of receipt, scheduling client appointments and reaching out clients who fail to report for appointments.
  • Manage client information in a specialized database that includes follow-up appointment with 95% accuracy rate and route and close out cases in database within 24 hours.
  • May perform client outreach duties
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including shipments as requested, and ensure that mail is sent out each day. Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate department or individual on the same day it is delivered at least 95% of the time
  • Ensure postage meter has sufficient postage for the week's mail
  • Assist with copying, scanning projects as needed, sort and distribute fax
  • Assemble informational materials or packets as requested

  • Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must
  • Must interact one-on-one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Education/Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Minimum of a High School Diploma and at least one to two years of clerical experience in an office setting
