HPE Financial Services is looking for a Digital Business Process Manager to lead the creation and development New Data Science focus and enhance our existing BI capabilities. As our Digital Business Process Manager, you will trail blaze the use of data to optimize the value of relationships, support data driven decision making behind a test-and-learn culture. Alongside this, you will build and lead a Centre of Excellence and manage service integrators where your planning team will collaborate with all business and marketing teams to foster a data driven decision culture and maximize ROI for the organization.
This role will work with a variety of roles including tech, UX designers, analytics, sales, and operations/service delivery teams responsible for designing the product roadmap, features and tactical plan to deliver an exceptional online experience for our customers. You will work across both business and technical teams to deliver an ever-improving customer experience through an agile, iterative, and data-driven product development process.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of Digital projects, support WW and/or regional deployments
Responsible for the successful delivery of these programs including Cost benefit analysis and operational KPIs to ensure programs are successful once launched
Partners with HPE FS IT and vendors to deliver the programs
Lead or support a range of projects such as software solution development and implementations, systems selection, business process re-engineering, system enhancements
Identify and determine opportunities to leverage and exploit capabilities of existing or new tools
Design business process solutions to support simplification, standardization and automation of global processes with Customer and Colleague Experience at the forefront of our thinking
Define, document and maintain Global Business Process
Define Project Success Metrics and Project execution metrics
Responsible for business case preparation
Support the development of all communication to all stakeholders, internal and external
Lead, plan and support execution of solution testing, define measurements for success
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product
Accountable for the created product(s) and communicating the product needs and timelines with business partners
Vet, evaluate and prioritize bugs related to your features and projects
Constantly seek and leverage available data, especially web analytics and A/B results, to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Operate in an agile (Scrum) development model
Manage multiple projects, be comfortable dealing with shifting and/or conflicting priorities, effective time Management skills
Lead the Management of Change within each project and identify impact on how work is done, implication for R/R and drive the adoption of the solution
What you will need:

Full project lifecycle exposure
RFI/RFP process, pre-sales, business analysis, requirements specification, workflow process change, functional specification, systems development, testing, implementation, business change, training and support
Ability to design and document new business processes and translate into comprehensive business requirements
5+ years in a digital product management, solution manager or similar experience
2+ years' experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to speak fluently with business stakeholders, UX designers, engineers, vendors, and customers/partners
Experience with product discovery, design thinking, lean product
Experience as a designer, engineer, data analyst or user researcher a plus
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience and supporting integrations and dependencies
