Job Description

The Market Access Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support for commercial and trade rebates

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in processing managed care and other trade related invoices
• Assist in tracking rebates against requistion limits
• Support the regular reporting and analysis activities for account manager and leadership review
• Maintain documentation of contracts, requisitions, and payments in support of various audit and other reporting requirements
• Other special and adhoc projects related to market access as assigned by Market Access Leadersip

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this job

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Education:
• Bachelor's and one year of related experience with a concentration in Public Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Data Management, Law, Finance, Economics and/or Accounting or;
• Or the equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
• A minimum of one year of experience in the Healthcare Industry; preferably in Pharmacueticals
• Desired experience with PBM contracts
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
• Documenting Processes and Procedures
• Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and data management skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize time sensitive tasks
• Demonstrates urgency, respect and confidentiality; is approachable and interacts professionally
• Responds well to shifting priorities by maintaining flexibility and professionalism
• Routinely produces quality work, contributes to efficiency and productivity
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Job Complexity:
• Works on assignments that are complex in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
• Applies learnings, job skills, and company's policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks
• Builds cooperative team relations with colleagues throughout the organization
