Provides daily intake and triage support for clinical workflows and team
Responsible for varied administrative tasks in support of clinical teams
Maintains records of customer and provider interactions
Assures all member information is maintained in a confidential manner in compliance with corporate confidentiality standards as well as HIPAA requirements.

Additional Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred.
Training in medical terminology preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Two (2) – Three (3) years’ experience in a customer service unit or administrative role; preferably within a health plan.
Knowledge of computer system and Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe and Access programs.
Knowledge of corporate and HIPAA confidentiality requirements/standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time sensitive task completion on a-daily basis
Ability to prioritize appropriately, and manage multiple tasks and job responsibilities
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external customers as well as all levels of management.
Working knowledge of managed health care and computer systems
Knowledge of appropriate benefit application for the lines of business
