We are seeking a self-directed, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Engineer in New Hope, MN. You will be responsible for developing technical solutions in response to sales and customer requirements and proactively manage the customer experience. Assuring retention of customers and expand Arvig products and services with those customers in accordance with our sales and marketing plan.

Your high energy and awesome ability to create long term, positive business relationships with high profile customers is what we are looking for!

You will need to have::

• BS degree in Engineering, Business or related; or equivalent experience



• 5 plus years of experience working in a technical\/telecommunications environment



• 2 plus years in a pre-sales technical support role



• Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail



• Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities, multi-location team members, and multiple departments to assure the customer is number one



• Aptitude for technology particularly Transport (Ethernet, Wave, Dark Fiber) and Internet Access and other communications services.



• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required

• Experience with voice services, such as HPBX, VoIP, PBX, PRI, and SIP
