This position will provide daily work direction and training to the Project Managers and to lead complex projects independently assuring project management best practices are followed and projects are completed on time and under budget.

We prefer the following skills and experience:

• Five or more years of demonstrated project management experience



• Previous supervisor or manager experience



• BA degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field



• Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks at a time



• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment that demands a high level of accuracy



• Knowledge of project management fundamentals and best practices



• Ability to work with a wide variety of people



• Excellent communication and organizational skills



• Excellent customer service skills



• Excellent analytical trouble shooting and problem solving skills



• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction



• PMP Certification
