Job Description:

National Sales develops and designs industry leading behavior tools to support the Consumer Bank Strategic Priorities: Be Customer Obsessed, Be Employee Obsessed, Deliver One Chase and Innovate across Channels. The team is also responsible for driving the communication strategy for the field which includes crafting and delivering clear and timely communications to the 45,000 branch-based employees across the 5,000 plus Chase branch network. The team develops and executes initiatives and strategies to improve the client experience. As the "voice of the field", the team plays a critical role in driving and supporting strategic projects across the Consumer Bank, Product, Marketing, Technology, Training, Communications, Controls organizations as well as other lines of business.

The CB Incentive and Growth product supports branch non-annual incentive plans (Banker Monthly Incentive and Branch Quarterly Customer Experience Incentive), Branch Campaigns and Intranet reporting for the field to see results against key sales and customer experience metrics.

In addition, the product provides data needed for Branch Scorecard, GS&I, Compliance and Sales practice teams and develops tools for the Incentive Administration team to support the field. The Incentive Plans supported by this product impact 40,000 branch employees with a $400mm budget.

The product owner will work to continue enhancements, creation of new plans, reports and tools while transforming to the next level as the business continues to evolve field support.

The broader National Sales responsibilities referenced above along with the plans, reporting and infrastructure supported by this product have given us the competitive edge to give our branch employees the tools they need to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

Qualifications:


  • BS/BA degree highly preferred.
  • Financial services experience with experience in retail banking and/or wealth management preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategic role - e.g., management consulting, strategy or finance
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfort presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of influencing multiple stakeholders
  • Proven project management experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment leading multiple work streams end-to-end
  • Strong critical thinking and analytic skills and capacity to quickly learn and develop new strategic frameworks
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to drive change across a large, complex organization
  • Experience anticipating and proactively addressing senior Management concerns, building consensus and enabling decision making
  • Intellectually curious, customer-obsessed, team-oriented, and high energy level with passion for driving quantifiable business results
  • Decisive in the face of ambiguity and able to operate in "Go Mode"
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
