The Career Learning Program Manager is responsible for leading the Career Learning planning and program operations, while also organizing and coordinating resources for the Career Learning Team. This role reports directly to the VP, Career Learning.

Plan and oversee projects within Career Learning, defines and refines project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources;
Develop and maintain status for executive on-demand reports for all key projects;
Develop forecasting model to predict proactively issues with new initiatives;
Identify, implement and evolves workflows and business process maps in support of Career Learning growing business needs working to gain buy in across teams
Establish and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that help the team run operationally to guarantee product growth
Documents and trains on new business process, serving as a subject matter expert and an escalation point
Conduct regular research to assist with project concept, completion and optimization
Create, organize and regularly maintain database of research findings and key information as a resource to team
Create and regularly develop dashboards leveraging available information across report server, Smartsheets, Salesforce, and other data repositories
Ensure that all Career Learning Programs and initiatives are articulated in a regularly updated and maintained strategic plan and weekly dashboard
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to develop and validate successful dashboards & communication of progress to KPIs
Publish weekly updates for projects across the team at an executive and working team level
Acts as point of contact and project manages projects including working with data and implementation teams across the company
Optimize processes, tools, metrics, and staff to enable effective and efficient delivery of all assigned initiatives
Ideate, develop and scale automated workflows
Develop and maintain Sharepoint site for team
Prepare presentations and dashboards weekly by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information – both in detail and at an executive level
Responsible for executive, customer, and internal-facing communication and deliverables working across the team;
Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to assess and recommend optimal business and technical solutions that can scale and be implemented with fidelity;
Maintain strong relationships with other departments recognizing dependencies and commitment to the project;
Responsible for establishing and scheduling regular operational meetings and facilitating strategic planning for organization including planning sessions, project reviews, tracking action items and regularly reporting on demand
Facilitates strategic planning sessions quarterly and annually for Career Learning with the regional teams and key stakeholders from across the company, responsible for successful agenda, templates, logistics, venue preparation and follow up
Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations that align to strategy.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field AND
Five (5) years of program or project management experience OR
Equivalent combination of data, edtech or project management experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Able to navigate ambiguity to create desired outcomes across teams
Experience creating & maintaining visually appealing executive reports and dashboards that reflect high fidelity, attention to detail and understanding of goals
Analytical skills applied to creation of executive reports, dashboards and models - able to identify and understand trends that lead to improvements in process and outcomes
Demonstrated experience developing Smartsheets dashboards, workflows and reports
Demonstrated experiences using Excel to create forecasts, develop models and assess gaps
Demonstrated experience managing Sharepoint, access, permissions, templates for extended team
Outstanding communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
Ability to work across multiple job levels and teams to achieve results

Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, Agile Scrummaster, or similar
Experience in an operational function or launch management
