Position Purpose/Summary
This position is responsible for assisting with construction documents, rendering and research on design projects within the Architecture department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participation in the development of design ideas based on factors such as appealing appearance, design-function relationships, serviceability, and client specifications.
Prepares working drawings from sketches and design specifications.
Preparation of presentations and materials for clients.
Participate in project design meetings to experience how multi-disciplinary teams collaborate on project design and delivery.
Attend and participate in client meetings; visit construction sites on projects.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Design: Generates creative solutions; translates concepts and information into images; Uses feedback to modify designs; Applies design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail
Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Google: Mail, Calendar, Drive, Apps; AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
