Shipt is growing and we are searching for an Employee Experience Associate Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees. Additionally, you will utilize your project management and communication skills to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to support Employee Experience needs. You are organized, detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, and an expert at bringing projects to completion.
Responsibilities
Work with the Director of Employee Experience to build training and development programs and content in conjunction with the People Team Roadmap
Work closely with HR partners, DE&I leaders, and people leaders across the organization to ensure the training and development needs of all team members are met
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for team members
Develops unique training programs to fulfill team members’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
Assess training materials prepared by instructors
Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses
Performs other related duties as required

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Psychology (or related study) or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience at Shipt (for applicants who are current Shipt employees)
Familiarity with and prior experience in project management
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Ability to design and implement effective training and development
