The Quality Compliance Manager is responsible for quarterly client audits, internal process audits, metrics reporting etc. as well as training and coaching new and existing location staff. This position is responsible for providing value added service to our customers in addition to support local terminal operation through training and auditing to include but not limited to knowledge, technical support, and quality of service in a timely manner.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct required number of compliance and field audits for each delivery team
Conduct verification of installation knowledge for Independent Service Provider's (ISP's)
Meet with customer and conduct the assessment of home property damage claims
Conduct store visits as needed
Processing of inbound delivery teams, perform skills verification for ISP's
Act as backup for the posting of weekly Delivery Team QOS scores
Create a safe, positive work atmosphere
Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Organizational and prioritization skills
Self-motivated and maintains a high level of energy
Strong verbal and personal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to perform quality audits on all aspects of the handling process, report areas that do not meet safety or quality standards, and pro-actively work with employees to enhance performance
Ability to carry out assigned task to their completion and meet deadlines
Ability to pass forklift and hazardous certifications yearly.
Ability to lift and pull cargo which weights 70lbs or less
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
Ability to read and understand industry documents (container load plans, bill of lading, bonded documents
Skills:
