Inmar Intelligence is looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team of design rockstars. You’ll help ideate, design and execute creative solutions that move both consumer behavior and the needle for Inmar and its clients. You will partner with passionate members from our sales, product and engineering teams to help bring market-shifting brands and products to life. Sounds exciting? Let’s disrupt together!
The Visual Designer is a major driver for the team, actively creating across work types and project initiatives. This is a multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary role that fuses exploration with execution. Every position within Inmar Creative is a strategic and leadership position, and Visual Designers are focused more on executional leadership and strategy -- getting the work done. This role builds solid exploratory skills while executing what we need to achieve.
INTERMEDIATE FLUENCY LEVEL: Solid working knowledge of concepts, software, techniques and processes.
Digital portfolio required.
THE POSITION, AT A GLANCE ::
Primary Accountabilities:
Technical (80%)
Project Management (10%)
Influence (5%)
Leadership (5%)
Required Qualifications:
Individual Competencies:
SAVVY + VOCAL :: You understand the software, the process, what a successful project looks like and requires. When confronted with "holes," you are resourceful enough to figure things out. You are also confident enough to ask questions and ensure you have the information to follow through.
ORGANIZED + ENGAGED :: You own your work, your input into the process, the aspects of the project you are responsible for and your final output with pride in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
CURIOUS + ANALYTICAL :: You’re happy working as a creative problem solver, asking questions and learning every day.
COLLABORATIVE + VOCAL: You are a committed and flexible team-player focused on making your work spot on.
ITERATIVE + AGILE :: You embrace feedback loops and the iterative creative process that follows… all ego-free(!). It may take you more time and guidance to get to unexpected, industry-leading solutions and that's just fine at this level.
Key Performance Indicators (Performance Measures/Metrics)
Key performance indicators (KPIs) help managers gauge the effectiveness of various functions, processes and performance important to achieving organizational goals. A metric is a quantifiable measure that is used to track and assess the status of a specific process or performance. In a data context, measures are the numbers or values that can be summed and/or averaged, such as sales, leads, distances, durations, temperatures, and weight. If measure sounds similar to KPI, think of it like this: measures are numbers/values; KPIs are context-driven and are often made up of multiple measures. Both metrics and KPIs rely on and are derived from measures.
KPI 1:
Confident execution across the full range of project types -- RESPONSIVE WEB, NATIVE MOBILE, PRESENTATION, GRAPHICS, SOCIAL, ETC. -- It's OK if you don't know EVERYTHING, but we are looking for experienced candidates
KPI 2:
React quickly and thoroughly to changes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
KPI 3:
Ensure total quality of your visual solutions
