Inmar Intelligence is looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team of design rockstars. You’ll help ideate, design and execute creative solutions that move both consumer behavior and the needle for Inmar and its clients. You will partner with passionate members from our sales, product and engineering teams to help bring market-shifting brands and products to life. Sounds exciting? Let’s disrupt together!

The Visual Designer is a major driver for the team, actively creating across work types and project initiatives. This is a multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary role that fuses exploration with execution. Every position within Inmar Creative is a strategic and leadership position, and Visual Designers are focused more on executional leadership and strategy -- getting the work done. This role builds solid exploratory skills while executing what we need to achieve.

INTERMEDIATE FLUENCY LEVEL: Solid working knowledge of concepts, software, techniques and processes.

Digital portfolio required.

THE POSITION, AT A GLANCE  ::


  • 4-6 years of design experience

  • You’ve used the programs and know what it takes to produce accurate, final files

  • You show a demonstrated ability to work with existing brands and interpret artfully based on guidelines or previous work

  • You can ideate conceptually and visually and show the beginnings of a solid creative exploration approach

  • More refined spoken and written communication skills

  • Good working knowledge (experience) of design / production tools :: Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,. Preflight

  • Solid knowledge of the tools that our sales channels and business owners use :: PowerPoint, Google Docs, Etc.

  • Willingness to jump in at multiple points in the creative and production process

  • Developing / growing prioritization skills

  • Ability to work on an ego-free, highly collaborative and cross-functional team

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment

  • Strong sense of humor and willing smile are also BIG pluses

  • Curious nature and the desire to explore and learn

Primary Accountabilities:

Technical (80%)


  • Actively participate in the give-and-take of an iterative design process

  • Confident execution across the full range of project types -- RESPONSIVE WEB, NATIVE MOBILE, PRESENTATION, GRAPHICS, SOCIAL, ETC. -- It's OK if you don't know EVERYTHING, but we are looking for experienced candidates

  • Exposure to additional project types with the ability to support others through creation -- NATIVE MOBILE, VIDEO (edit and motion graphics), PHOTO, ETC.

  • Create holistically new designs and "flow" based on existing work

  • Create visual solutions for a full range of brand and sales initiatives

  • Ensure total quality of your visual solutions

Project Management (10%)

  • React quickly and thoroughly to changes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Influence (5%)


  • Be a total team player throughout execution and final "launch"

  • Empower yourself by providing active feedback to help streamline and elevate the work we produce and the process of getting it finalized

Leadership (5%)

  • Focus on supporting those around you within the team and Inmar at large

Required Qualifications:


  • Four Year college degree 

  • 4-6 years of design experience

  • Adobe Creative Suite - Advanced 

  • Sketch/Figma - Proficient

  • MS Office Suite - Intermediate 

  • Google Business Suite Intermediate 

  • Photography - Intermediate

  • Videography - Intermediate
