Basic Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Sr. BSA experience (Health Care industry)


• Experienced in process consulting and working in iterative development environment such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc.


• Able to coach project stakeholders and help an organization adapt to an Agile environment.


• Ability to work with higher management and report on status and health of an Agile program.


• Participate in and/or lead ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.


• Proficient in requirement gathering tools such as ALM, Rally, Rational, Jira, etc.


• Strong problem solving skills with experience exercising mature judgment


• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience


• Knowledge of complex database systems, claims processes (acquisition, adjudication, payments, operations), financial, general ledger, revenue cycle reporting and best practice knowledge & skills required


• Ability to understand business strategies and how to work with supporting technologies/applications to enable the achievement of those strategies required


• Experience in core claim's system such as FACETS, QNXT and Amysis will be an added advantage


• Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences
