Job Description:

The landscape of fraud, especially in the online space, is ever changing as fraudsters become more sophisticated, have access to increasing high-tech tools and consistently find new ways to take advantage of our customers and our operational processes. This position in Fraud Risk will support our ability to detect and react to emerging fraud trends as well as vulnerabilities in operational processes that could put the firm and our customers at risk.

This role requires the ability to work independently to monitor key operational functions such as staffing models, customer authentication controls, work queue management and resource productivity in order to support an operational environment that balances loss prevention and operational expense with a great customer experience.

Through close partnership with Fraud Strategy, Finance, and Operations Managers you will not only become an expert in the drivers of fraud and the operational processes that allow Chase to offer world class products and services, you will be in a position to effect real change in support of the integrity of our customers' transactions.

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of professional experience, with a background in Risk Management
  • Strong interpretive and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and create concise presentations with sound business conclusions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedicated to partnership and building strong working relationships across lines of business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in other statistical data tools is a plus (e.g. SAS, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
