Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with leading design strategy sessions for gathering requirements, guiding a team through data collection, analyzing results, deriving insights and recommendations, and developing process flows or experience maps as outputs in client-ready deliverable format
-2+ years of experience in facilitating workshops and human-centered design sessions with functional or te chn ical teams
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience as a design strategy team lead
-Experience in working with the DoD or Military in a human-centered design capacity
-Knowledge of Enterprise IT Transformation
-Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
-MA or MS degree in IT or a design- related field
-Human-Centered Design Certification
-Facilitation or Presentation Certification
