The Business Engineering and Partner Solutions team (BEPS) provides businesses with the solutions they need to face the tasks of today, as well as the expertise to engineer a path to the future. Depending on business' needs, BEPS will connect them with in-house engineers, recommend the right partners, or develop a customized combination of both. By integrating technology and partnerships in one team, BEPS can employ the right solution, empowering businesses to grow today and build for tomorrow.
The Partner Product Solutions team within BEPS is responsible for developing a partner-enabled product strategy for the vibrant ecosystem of partners that maximizes the performance of marketing for businesses across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. The ecosystem spans 55 countries and ranges from Ad Tech and Creative partners, to MarTech and Commerce partners, to startup Messaging partners. These partners are integral to Facebook's multi-billion dollar global advertising business. We succeed when partners help our customers grow their business across the Facebook family of apps.
The Director, Partner Product Solutions, Core Ads will lead a team responsible for the health and ongoing growth of the partner ecosystem focused on Core Ads. The leader is empowered with global responsibility for a strategic area of the business. This person will work cross-functionally with product teams, engineers, partner managers, data scientists, and marketing teams to further the impact of these partner-enabled solutions with businesses globally.
Ideal candidates will possess strong product sensibility and will have experience synthesizing partner and market feedback to effectively influence product roadmaps. They will also have experience developing strategies and marketing programs that enable business adoption, overseeing global teams, utilizing analytical and relationship skills to identify and capitalize upon opportunities, and working cross-functionally. Success in this position requires effective leadership, strong programmatic thinking, and the ability to influence, move fast and deliver outstanding results in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • Ensure the health and ongoing growth of the partnership ecosystem focusing on Core Ads
  • Represent the Core Ads partner ecosystems to Facebook's Product teams, and build a valuable and collaborative inbound and outbound feedback loop
  • Define the strategy, project manage, and develop a portfolio of solutions enabled by Core Ads partners that will drive meaningful revenue impact for Facebook
  • Mobilize large, global, cross-functional teams including business development, solutions engineering, marketing, data science, and partner management to implement and optimize initiatives
  • Design holistic go-to-market plan for initiatives, including project scope, goals, measurement, budget, resources, and activation levers
  • Identify issues and blockers, and enable the development of mitigation plans by cross-functional teams
  • Build strong working relationships with leaders across Facebook teams (e.g. product, engineering, sales, business development, marketing, human resources, sales planning/operations and finance)
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12+ years experience in partnerships, sales, operations, marketing, or consulting
  • 7+ years experience in building and leading high-performing teams, including managing managers
  • Demonstrated success with strategic and data-driven business decision-making and prioritization
  • Experience operating and executing effectively cross-functionally, in a heavily matrixed environment, across multiple projects and multiple teams
  • Experience driving clarity and building influence in a fast-paced, complex environment, including with senior cross-functional leaders
  • Product sensibility and user empathy, with experience synthesizing partner and market feedback to effectively influence product roadmaps

  • Avid user of FB products including Instagram
  • Global experience (including work outside the US)
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Experience working on ads-related business solutions
