Job Description:
Our client, a leading social media technology company, is looking for a Partner Manager to join their team. This role begins as soon as possible. Candidates must be local to NYC, or open to relocating to the NYC area when work resumes on-site in Q3 of 2021.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the company's program for partnerships Identify opportunities for new partner relationships, leveraging KPIs and priorities to build solid business cases Develop net new relationships as well as nurture existing relationships with partner platforms Work as part of the Product team, developing the journey for the company and partner platforms to work seamlessly together Understand and clearly communicate partner business needs to your product team, looking for opportunities to improve the product and relationship Partner with internal team stakeholders to align goals and develop priority lists for products in partnership with Client Success, Marketing and the Development teams Partner on go to market initiatives with the Product Marketing team Continuously look for opportunities to drive revenue for the company and its partners Set and achieve KPIs, working with your team to keep track of progress Other tasks may apply
About you:
3-5 years of experience in Partner Management experience in the marketing technology and social media analytics space A proven record of Partner Management success Ability to share the results of your success against set metrics Ability to articulate complex business concepts across internal and external functions Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver convincing messaging You possess a New Business development mindset Experience working with technical leaders across digital product teams Experience selling into and working in partnership with C-suite level executives Clear understanding and management of the full lifecycle of sales in the tech space from initiation through deal closing and fulfillment Understanding of various tools that manage product requirements across the product lifecycle Understanding of various marketing channels including Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, Web Analytics, Pinterest, Ad-Servers and more Strong attention to detail
