As a Senior Lead Engineer on our team, you'll help integrate Booz Allen's capability in support of the client's mission based testing functionality and performance of DoD systems. Far beyond a simple pass or fail, you'll create an evaluation that uses statistical data to design the most efficient and effective mission based test.
Your ability to test a full range of functions in operationally representative scenarios will ensure that the required capabilities are delivered to the client. Once you complete your testing, you'll provide a test report with recommendations that reflect your real-world understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations. This is an opportunity to build your experience in test engineering while gaining experience in program management and cross-functional teams. Join us as we use technical and engineering skills to analyze and evaluate Navy systems to ensure our warfighters are resourced with the capabilities required to win our future wars.
