A Large Technology Consulting Services Company is seeking an Architect / SME (Okta) in Houston, TX.
Role Description Hays' large technology consulting services client is seeking a senior-level Okta Architect for a long-term contract opportunity. The candidate will be working as the Okta SME on various projects with end-clients in Houston, TX. • Lead the implementation and configuration of Okta across customer enterprises • Help Design, develop, integrate Okta tool with API based application • Develop Single sign on Authentication workflow for various application of customer • Create API code for plugging existing application to Okta authentication • Develop and configure Multifactor Authentication with Okta per organization • Help drive the long-term architecture of our Identity Management platform • Translate requirements into designs that align goals for the project • Analyze/Refine requirements with business teams • Collaborate with QA, Product Management, Technical Support, Documentation and UX team
Skills & Requirements • Okta development and integration. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Okta/IDaaS and overall 3-5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management processes, tools and technologies • Working knowledge of cloud solution / IDaaS • Experience in Java/JSON • Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, SSO, etc. • Ability to review existing deployment architecture and document-and-propose target deployment architecture. • Experience with server-side technologies including caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading • Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
