Job Description: Your new company Award winning high-rise General Contractor with a deep project pipeline is looking to bring on an assistant project manager.
Your new role This position requires a proactive 2-3 year person with experience. You will be in charge of your own part of the project and reporting results to a project manager. This will require scheduling, managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing submittals, RFI's, as well as managing change orders.
What you'll need to succeed Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working with a general contractor as an APM, be detail-oriented, have an understanding of project documents and a strong desire to become an expert in the field. You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. The ability to build great working relationships both internally and externally is also essential.
