About the position:
As the Executive of the Life Science group, you will be responsible for the overall organization, direction and management of this group. This organization offer a variety of services to their clients including construction management, tenant representation, preconstruction services, financial analysis, design and market intelligence to name a few. Whatever the requirement is for the contract, you will be responsible for being partnering with the client and provided excellent service. The company have an excellent reputation of delivery life science construction projects ranging from laboratories, research facilities, office spaces and bio-processing facilities.
What you'll need to succeed:
My client is looking for an astute professional with fantastic connections and knowledge the Life Science, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical construction industry. You will have over 8 years of experience within this industry sector, either within general contracting or construction management. You will also have the ability to introduce clients to the company to secure new work. Ideally you will have a bachelor's degree in a construction related field.
Salary/Benefits:
This position is rewarded with an excellent package with a base salary up to $175k and will come with a strong bonus potential, vehicle allowance, company paid healthcare packages, 401k and competitive time off allowances.
