Hourly Rate: $13.32
Schedule: Flexible Shifts from 7 AM to 3:30 PM up to 29 hours per week
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Essential Functions

• Cleans and maintains PEO SOFSA leased buildings/facilities.


• Duties involve a combination of the following: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping or scrubbing and polishing floors;


• Removing chips, trash and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures;


• Polishing metal fixtures or trimmings;


• Providing supplies and minor maintenance services;


• Cleaning lavatories, showers and restrooms.


• Ability to regularly lift 25-50 pounds and on occasion up to 100 pounds.


• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Required

• Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner


• Ability to effectively work with other team members.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.


• Detail oriented and basic organizational skills.


• Must be able to Work a Flexible Work Schedule.
