POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide support to team consisting of Investors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Proactively generate investment ideas for Investors
Prepare Investment Performance Reviews for Investors to deliver to clients
Generate market, product and client research
Brokerage trade execution
Risk Management - monitor exceptions and work with Investors to resolve
Develop Investment Plans for Investors to present to clients using JPM wealth modeling tools
Analysis/interpretation of client data
Assist in development of client presentations
Work with Team Leader to monitor Investor loadings
Manage road show schedules
Manage sales management priorities and track follow up
Create Investment Mandates
Monitoring of fee schedules and billing
Reconcile brokerage trades - compare paper blotter to trade blotter daily
Prepare bottoms-up demand estimates for Private Investments offerings
Alternatives investments document management
Dodd Frank documentation process management
Monitor Penny Stock positions and activity
Execute trade Cancel/Corrects
Investment Account Opening updates
Execute SDI and other WorkStation updates
Track and assist Investors in Risk/AAR reviews
Assist in answering phones and helping clients or taking a message
QUALIFICATIONS:
Series 7 & 63 registration required
College degree required
Spanish fluency required
Minimum 1-2 years industry related experience
PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
Good judgment and problem solving skills
Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
