They will carry the duties of overseeing each OR, surgery, and staff member within the facility. They will also be head of training of new staff, and sometimes even helping with recruitment efforts to hire more employees for the facility.

The Assistant Director of Nursing will hold the responsibility of each patient from assessing, to planning, to sending patients home when ready. Being that this is an outpatient center, it is less likely that the patients will undergo any surgical issues following, but the risk is still there and the Manager must be prepared for that.
