Analyzes and reports key metrics as assigned. Typically reports to plant Continuous Improvement Manager. Leads plant Kaizen events as assigned to have a positive impact on the plant's KPIs. Coach and train site/functional members on continuous improvement tools, methodologies, philosophies. Develops & updates trackers that display and communicate the plant's progress toward meeting all metrics and objectives. Identifies and provides recommendations for future projects, leaders and champions that align with business/functional goals and strategies. Provides tactical support and Leads Black Belt improvement projects of smaller size and complexity meeting the Regal certification guidelines.Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience (Preferred). 0 years experience. Green Belt Certification & Lean Apprentice Certification within 1 Year, Black Belt certification & Lean Practitioner within 3 years preferred.
