The Senior Avature Technology Professional role will provide technology, reporting and analytics support and leadership for the ongoing business needs of the ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO division. This includes day to day management of Avature RPO technology platform as well as support of implementation activities for required Avature technology platforms as part of new and ongoing RPO business and clients. The Senior Avature Technology Professional will work with ManpowerGroup Solutions Sales & Solutions, Program Delivery, Shared Services and cross functional SMEs to implement innovative processes and platforms to maximize our ability to delivery RPO efficiently. This permanent staff role, will be working Virtually supporting ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions.
• Provide day-to-day system administration to the division for various applicant tracking and candidate relationship management technologies, such as: Avature, Taleo, and Technomedia
• Provide support for other recruiting technology platforms as required.
• Support new client implementations onto various recruiting technology platforms by managing related activities including: support of system administration for the platform; creation of custom reports; development, delivery, and maintenance of system-related training materials; end-user support.
• Support any technology platform migrations/upgrades
• Work with management to develop report templates for the implementation of new clients and support of current clients. Maintain/update current standard report templates; develop additional special templates as needed. Work with division management to ensure accurate data and eliminate process inconsistencies.

• 2 or more years of system administration experience with Avature or a similiar applicant tracking system or candidate relationship management system
• Business Objects or other enterprise business intelligence systems report writing experience preferred
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel to include the use of advanced Pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs
• Sound understanding of recruiting technology tools and systems.
• Demonstrated software proficiency, including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Ability to quickly learn new application tools.
• Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable information and present it in an easy to use format.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to apply structured analysis methods to various types of data to establish trends, determine variability and business impact.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in concert with others to accomplish company objectives and goals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate how to use various technologies in a clear and easy to understand manner.

Minimum Salary: 52,500 - Maximum Salary: 87,500
