The Client Engagement & Events Senior Associate will work directly with local leadership, bankers and other key partners to develop and implement strategic event marketing plans designed to drive meaningful client and prospect engagement. This role will assist in deepening relationships across the South and Energy groups within Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver strategic programs and events that drive meaningful interactions with clients and prospects to ultimately drive growth and support business goals
Coordinate with CB Marketing, Events and Communications team members to execute events of various scale
Drive coverage with end to end ownership for engaging top targets through idea generation, plan development, agenda, content, speaker sourcing and working closely with event specialists to execute logistics
Partner closely with colleagues across other lines of business and firm partners (i.e. Corporate and Investment Bank, Private Bank, Philanthropy, Government Relations, etc.) in order to align plans for shared target opportunities while ensuring market connectivity and coordination
Assist in various ad hoc projects in support of prospect/client engagement in order to meet the needs of the businesses
• Manage and track budgets with ongoing monitoring and reporting
• Analyze programs for effectiveness, ROI analysis and evaluation - sharing results and pivoting programs to maximize ROI
Identify key performance indicators, measure and report on the effectiveness of executed plans
• Share synergies and best practices across the CB Client Engagement Team

Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Investment/Commercial banking or management consulting experience preferred
Events, business management and/or project management experience preferred
Experience working with executive leadership and managing a heavy workload independently
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro)
BA/BS degree is required
Requires some travel
