Assisting with the execution of all client cross line of business transfers into and out of the Private Bank while ensuring all necessary approvals are in place.
Managing the daily service queue
Ensure individual and the team's SLA, quality, and productivity statistics are being met.
Ensure reports are processed and verified each day, as assigned.
Eliminate all privacy breaches and financial loss.
Practicing soft handoffs to other teams within the bank and following issues through to resolution.
Assist with updating and/or verifying the departmental procedures as assigned.
Identify and report gaps, issues and trends during processing and verification.
Participate in weekend testing.
Represent team as subject matter expert on cross-functional business initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Private Bank products/Services
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Strong background in use of computer systems (PC and Mainframe)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong client focus and leadership skills
Highly motivated and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to develop & maintain relationships with business partners
