Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


  • Assisting with the execution of all client cross line of business transfers into and out of the Private Bank while ensuring all necessary approvals are in place.
  • Managing the daily service queue
  • Ensure individual and the team's SLA, quality, and productivity statistics are being met.
  • Ensure reports are processed and verified each day, as assigned.
  • Eliminate all privacy breaches and financial loss.
  • Practicing soft handoffs to other teams within the bank and following issues through to resolution.
  • Assist with updating and/or verifying the departmental procedures as assigned.
  • Identify and report gaps, issues and trends during processing and verification.
  • Participate in weekend testing.
  • Represent team as subject matter expert on cross-functional business initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Private Bank products/Services
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Strong background in use of computer systems (PC and Mainframe)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong client focus and leadership skills
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships with business partners
  • Commitment to quality and control
  • Ability to think creatively and recommend/implement process improvements
  • Strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines
  • Ability to review, validate and authorize documentation with strong attention to detail
