The Opportunity


As a Senior Product Manager of Enterprise Growth, you'll play a critical role in driving One Medical's growth as a business! You'll develop and iterate on a growth strategy for driving new member activation via registration optimization, integrations, and targeted outreach. You'll also support the successful rollout of One Medical to new customers, gathering requirements for implementation and ensuring a successful launch.


You'll become an expert in the needs of both our enterprise customers and our members, designing new technology to make their first experience of One Medical easy and enjoyable.


You are a fit for this role if you pride yourself on your strong strategic planning skills, a track record of driving quantitative and qualitative business and user insights, and being exceptional at working with different stakeholders across the business.


What you'll work on:



  • Partner with Client Services, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify opportunities to drive membership activation among eligible employees

  • Test, learn, and iterate on member activation tactics

  • Develop processes for partner implementations & ongoing maintenance and design tooling to support these processes at scale

  • Partner with the Sales and Client Services teams to identify opportunities to improve tooling for our enterprise customers


You'll need:



  • 5+ years working as a Product Manager on a high-performing team

  • 2+ years experience working on B2B2C products and services

  • Experience with growth related work, or a similarly iterative role

  • Strong strategic roadmapping skills, including demonstrated ability to turn a broad array of ambiguous requests and opportunities into a clear, credible plan of action that aligns to company objectives

  • Strong customer & member focus, including a track record of delivering high quality products that meet the needs of both enterprise customers and end-users. Experience performing user research and effectively advocating for user's needs.
