Are you seeking a role that enables you to make an impact throughout the entire production process? The Process Engineer is accountable for key processes and performance measures of the production area. This position will work closely with area management, production, and maintenance personnel to meet area objectives. The engineer will also work with the various support organizations in order to facilitate continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor daily process variables

  • Inspect product and equipment quality

  • Monitor incoming raw material properties

  • Implement process changes based on data

  • Strive for continuous improvement of process parameters

  • Be proactive with process and production targets to maintain stability

  • Leadership within the process area

About you:

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or other technical area

  • 2+ years of engineering or quality management experience preferred

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in teams or individually
