Answer incoming phone and electronic correspondence to provide customer with price quotes and non-technical information and assistance
Assist with sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound call and email campaigns
Interface with vendors, customers and internal Telos organizations in providing customer assistance
Process customer's orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining delays to customers
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Maintain procedures for reporting that govern the actions and activities of the sales organization (e.g. Salesforce, internal forecasting reports, etc.)
Represent Telos and Telos' solutions at events, trade shows and on sales calls as needed
Job Requirements
Excellent verbal and written skills are required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years)
Motivation for sales
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
People skills
MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience using CRM tools a plus
Limited travel may be required
