Join the fastest growing business in Agilent. The SSD Tech Touch Team is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to support 6 Inside Account Managers located in the US Southeast. This position will also be responsible for driving our Prospecting Team, which was recently launched and includes 6 partner resources. Your role will be to create and drive programs that deliver accelerated growth, while developing your sales resources in a fast-paced, high growth business.

Responsible for the overall inside sales operations in assigned area of responsibility. This includes implementing and/or developing the sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and specific programs in order to achieve business objectives.




  • Manages inbound and/or outbound inside sales representatives who are responsible for closing sales via telephone.

  • Directs and manages 6 resources to implement tactical business plans and programs.

  • Develops, implements district-related programs/solutions partnering with CSO management and Marketing.

  • Work with a OneAgilent business partner to drive our prospecting efforts.

  • Develops prospecting lists to target dormant accounts, lost business or dark assets.

  • Creates call scripts, email templates, and delivers training to drive new business lead generation activities.

  • Responsible for growing the OnDemand (Trade) business to include Per Incident and "The Deal", a revenue generating program designed to convert Trade customers to Agreement.

  • 25% Travel required

  • Location: US or CA (remote workplace is considered)

Qualifications:



  • Bachelors or master's degree

  • 5+ years customer facing sales experience

  • Previous experience managing sales and quota a bonus

  • Highly organized, goal-oriented individual with a passion for Customer Service
