The Deckers Consumer Insights team provides a holistic understanding of the consumer, their needs, attitudes, and behaviors. We enable our brands to consistently surprise and delight through superior product and brand relationships.
The Analyst, Consumer Insights will provide a clear view of Deckers’ consumer and market opportunity through internal and external data.
The ideal candidate will provide insights and actions to business questions by leveraging:
Marketplace/Competitive analytic tools such as NPD and Euromonitor
Internal data systems / Alchemer Survey Tool
Consumer trend services such as WGSN
Quantitative custom survey development and analysis
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Regular market reporting and ad-hoc analysis leveraging NPD Extracting insights from internal data systems, third party data sources and various consumer/product trend reporting services. Administrative support as needed such as developing and maintaining organizational systems and maintenance of vendor relationships.

Bachelors degree with consumer insights, market research or business experience
2-4 years of consumer insights/market research experience
Independent, strategic, and creative self-starter who is willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary and think outside the box
Passion for quality and delivering results; ability to contribute both strategically and tactically
Experience communicating, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
Comfort working in a dynamic business environment where quick decision making is crucial
