Co-op (Computer Science Major - Junior)

About this role:   
The Co-op will be working on agile development team to develop UPS shipping systems.  The Co-op will be responsible for developing automated tests for a shipping application that is used by UPS customers on a daily basis to meet their shipping needs.  Additional tasks will include log analysis, 3rd party tool analysis, build scripts, design, code and unit testing, integration, deployment, defect fixes, and continuing engineering items.  

The Co-op should have good analytical and technical skills, good verbal and written communication, good time management and organizational skills, and ability to take initiative given mentoring by a Technical Lead or Manager.                        

Must be able to work 15 - 20 hours per week while school is in session.  Potentially work 40 hours per week during the summer months.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Academic or real-world experience in Internet Development Architecture & Design, Object Oriented Analysis and C# .NET
• Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, AngularJS or above, Web Development Technologies and ASP .NET Web Programming

Preferred Qualifications:

The desired Co-Op will be currently enrolled in a degreed college/university program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline, or has graduated from a degreed college/university program within that last 24 months with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline.
