To achieve sales retention and revenue growth, as well as increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction as set forth by management. Facilitates the implementation and ongoing management of the largest retail clients to meet revenue growth targets. Works through and gains knowledge of of all aspects of the retail client's business and interactions with cross border departments such as custom service, accounting, it, and implementation. This position requires approximately 40% travel.


Responsible for international ecommerce sales growth with 100% client retention and world-class client satisfaction results. Supports the global account managers in their efforts to bring on new, large clients. Helps on-board new clients and provides customer service to assigned customer accounts. Improves ecommerce revenue growth though customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs, actively partnering with leading payment providers, technology platforms and social networks to deliver significant incremental revenue and drive global brand awareness for key clients. Work with senior executives at leading retailers to launch key marketing programs and products in their international ecommerce market space. Act as key internal stakeholder for products management initiatives vital to cross border long-term revenue growth. Develops RFP/rfi information. Monitors the execution of the account's plan and take corrective actions as needed. Schedules and conducts account reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses with the deployed solution. Manage analytics and reporting projects to provide more visibility into international business performance to clients. Communicates ecommerce technologies and integration points within the cross border systems. Troubleshoots pre-integration and post-integration applications with clients. Provides consulting to management on employee relations issues and HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Six (6) years of sales, account management and/or relevant industry experience required. Must have excellent listening, communication, and account management skills in order to identify solutions that fit customer needs. Must be a self-starter and self-motivated to accomplish sales and retention goals and objectives. Must have very good organizational and time management skills. Must have the ability to develop and maintain high level relationships with top ecommerce executives to ensure account retention in a highly competitive market. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (powerpoint, excel, word). Experience in e-commerce sales, international e-commerce, business development, account management, logistics a plus. This is a remote position. Extensive travel required.
