Job Overview


At TE we strongly believe that data and analytics are strategic drivers for future success. We are investing significantly in building our advanced analytics team. The Analytics team at TE is part of the TE Information Solutions (TEIS) Organization and is responsible for driving organic growth by leveraging big data and advanced analytics. The team reports to the VP and Chief Data Officer at TEIS, works closely with the SVP of Corporate Strategy, and has regular interactions with the company's C-Suite. The marketing analytics lead will directly report to the Director of Analytics.
We are on an exciting journey to build and scale our advanced analytics practice; in this position you will apply your skills to unlock opportunities and enable top strategic priorities for TE. You will be in the forefront of defining, influencing, and driving the future state of our advanced marketing analytics roadmap to equip our marketing leaders with intelligence tools to make marketing investments that generate measurable accelerated growth.

* Partner with marketing leaders to identify and deliver analytics capabilities that drive marketing efficiency and maximize marketing ROI
* Create and own marketing analytics roadmap that balances short-term priorities and long-term strategic vision
* Design and implement experiments to measure the causal effect and clear attribution of marketing investments
* Build trust and partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product management, IT etc) to ensure marketing analytics solutions are deployed on time within budget and widely adopted
* Recruit, develop, and lead a team of advanced marketing analytics professionals

What your background should look like:


* 5+ years of experience in marketing channel effectiveness, search engine optimization, customer segmentation, customer journey mapping, and multi-channel attribution
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing experiments (A/B, multivariate etc) to understand and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
* Strong analytical skills in extracting insights, drawing conclusions and making recommendations from data
* Experience in influencing stakeholders, managing and aligning expectations, and handling conflicting priorities
* Excellent communicator, ability to communicate and present to both technical teams and executive teams
* Highly driven self-starter, strong problem solver and get things done while managing multiple priorities
* Master's degree in data science, predictive analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, software engineering, physics, or related quantitative discipline.

COMPENSATION
